About Us
Our Story
After visiting Pontrhydfendigaid regularly from a young boy, visiting friends and family in the area, Parc Teifi owner, Martin Morgan, felt the village was the idyllic spot for a holiday park and so purchased the spot transforming it into holiday park, Parc Teifi.
After 20 years of a tough grind, we must admit defeat that the demand and financial requirement to continue the holiday park, cannot be met.
We have advertised the holiday park nationally, across travel agents and hoteliers and we have achieved an occupancy rate of 8% over the last 5 years, including the time where staycations were at their peak, which alone shows how the business is no longer practical.
We are now looking to aid the demand for housing in the area. The aim of the change is to put further money back into village life, stimulating local spend in the retailers and hospitality sector, and vitalizing the community spirit the area has to offer.
The Plan
We are planning to develop the already well-built properties into dream homes, creating private gardens, estate-wide renovations and refurbishing the clubhouse and laundromat into 1-bedroom apartments, offering a further 5 properties on site.
